Now he is starving to have some hands on development task.. spending his most of the time on giving KT to team or attending some XYZ meeting which has no meaning for him...
This is not the end of his life..
Now he has been asked by some super duper senior Manager to play a role of Testing Lead for testing of this application.. WTF...
The day i heard this news... first thing come in my mind was Monster Ad..

Because the client team super duper's are all Hari Saadu's, who gives a damn about their sub-ordinates goals. And with that perception I doubt how long they can continue floating on the same ship which they are chipping off.
